<p>It's down to the final wire and am trying to decide between Madison and another college. Madison has a phenomenal academic reputation, which is pulling me to it. However, I don't drink and am not into playing or watching sports. Are there enough other activities for me to do there, or will I have a hard time fitting in?</p>

<p>Not a college student at UW, but I am a junior in high school here and have lived here my whole life. There are soooo many things to do–if you like shopping go to state st, if you like nature go to the arb, if you like art there is a decent art museum and a lot of musicians come here to play. Plus Chicago is only 2 1/2 hours away. PM me if you have any questions about Madison</p>
<p>There are all kinds at UW. Plenty of diverse activities and students to find people with similar interests. No need to care about sports or drinking, those only matter to the ones doing them.</p>
