I must choose between Poli and Econ for my social sciences. I've done 2 years of econ @ HS. But Poli seems more interesting. But in the end, I'd like to keep a high GPA for my first quarter.
So Poli 12 with Philip Roeder or Econ (with kate or Yuvan or lili)? </p>
<p>I'm taking math20B, phys 2A and MCWP 40 along with one of the above.</p>

<p>Agreed, I really liked Poli. Econ is far too math-oriented for me and I hear it’s really hard at ucsd.</p>
<p>I took Poli 12 with Roeder and really enjoyed it. Just make sure you do all the readings because a good 60% of my class didn’t (which resulted in me getting an A+, which I’m sure you’ll appreciate).</p>
<p>I second what ucsandiego915 said about Econ, but then again, I’m a poli sci major so I’m biased. :)</p>
