socially unaccepted topics

I was just wondering everyone's opinion on socially unaccepted topics like Communism. I am writing my ps on Communism (how I initially tried to convince people their ideas were flawed, and then eventually realized that no one is right or wrong, and so instead tried to simply invite discussion on the topic) and I'm worried that it's a bit too radical/hit-or-miss.

Scorpion eating is also mentioned.

Thoughts?

Nah, I wrote about workers’ revolution, and a top 20 school with a “conservative” reputation let me in. Plus, your message is how you came to a sense of tolerance, so that’s good, they’ll like that.

Just never write about abortion (unless it’s a religious school I guess) or intolerance (hating religion, a race, an ethnicity, a general set of people).

Scorpion eating just sounds like it would make you seem interesting and stand out.
