I have a few questions about the Sociology major:

1: What undergrad departments are noted for a strong deparment?
2: What can I do with a sociology degree?
3: Are sociology majors in demand?
4: I'm interested in sociology on the macro level, such as understanding how society works, and how to aim for a Utopia. Is that what Sociology majors would study?
5: I plan on dual majoring, what would be another major to complement it?

Poli Sci, History, Econ, and Math/Statistics would be excellent complements to Sociology courses. There is a lot of overlap in subject matter with the other social sciences. Strong statisitics background is beneficial in many sociology research career tracks.
