Some advice please?

<p>Hi, I'm a 2nd year and just changed my major from business (general management) to psychology and I'm not sure if I should get an masters in organizational behavior or go for the PhD in psycholgy (<--social psychology). I find both very interesting and as far as the reasearch I honestly wouldnt mind the extra 5 years or so in school, but I don't want to end up in the teaching profession. Comments?</p>
