<p>1.) I originally printed out my school forms and teacher/counselor evaluation forms from the homepage, so my commonapp ID is not present at the top or at the bottom of my forms. I'm applying ED to Brown, and though I know Stanford is the only one that explicitly states the ID NEEDS to be present, should I reprint every single form? Or should I just write in the ID number into the black space and at the bottom by my name?
2.) Also, is it the same for letters of recommendation that I'm mailing? I don't want to ruin the "official-like" appearance of the letters, so would writing in my number at the bottom of the letter?
3.) What's the difference between teacher evaluations and recommendations? Should I submit 2-3 evaluations just like the amount of recommendation letters I submitted to Brown, or is this totally different?</p>
