Some Decent Safeties?

Hello all, right now I'm in a bit of a pickle as I'm trying to find some safety schools. I'd appreciate any schools you guys would be able to suggest for me! I'll list my "stats" and then just let things go from there.

So, my first SAT was a combined score of 1890, my second time (I'm still waiting for the scores to be released) will HOPEFULLY at least break the 2000 mark. I have a 700 on my Lit SAT II and am hoping for a similar biology SAT II score (with some intensive studying of course, lol). Given the info from the last practice test I took (of many more to come) I should be able to get at least a 30 on my ACT's.

Currently, I rank 7th in my graduating class of 150. My weighted GPA is about 3.91, we don't have unweighted GPA's at my school, but I'd think I'd be somewhere around 3.7-3.8? I have a lot of theater-related EC's (and am also interested in studying theater in college, coupled with Psychology). President of the Film Club, member of the Gay Straight Alliance, volunteer usher at a local theater, school musicals, Chief of our stage crew, manager of the volleyball team, and a member of our Senior Rep Theater. I've also taken extra AP Classes on Saturdays since my sophomore year, and, while not really an EC, I'm hoping that could help me stand out a bit from some other applicants. I'm also a resident of PA, if that helps things any.

I'm open to any suggestions you all might have (should you have any). I'll look into any potential schools and see if they feel right to me. If you actually took the time to read all of this, I definitely appreciate it! Thank you!

What can your family afford? What type of school are you looking for: large/small, rural/urban, laid back/rah rah?

To be honest, I’m in a less than 60k household, so cost is a factor. Ideally I’d like a smaller school, but setting doesn’t matter much to me, I could deal with either kind of setting. I’d like a school where there’s stuff to do, honestly I’d probably spend most of my time on campus. I probably like a more laid-back kind of feel, though. Nothing too cut throat, lol.
