Some dreams are never meant to happen

Ya…you shouldve been very thankful for the UMich acceptance after a suspension. However, thats besides the point. First of all, I get it. You got rejected from your dream school twice and your obviously upset about it. I sorta get how you feel. I was rejected from my dream school too (Princeton). However, we both got into terrific “second” choices and we both will be successful. Now, you really need 2 pick urself up and find a way 2 get back into UMich.

“Dream” schools are just that–there’s no way for you to know what it will be like to go to Penn or Princeton or wherever it is until you’re actually there. And no, taking a campus tour and taking a meal in the dining hall don’t count. For all you know, it might actually have worked out to be a nightmare. I didn’t get into my supposed “dream school” either way back in the early '00s, but as it happens I got to have four years where I didn’t have to worry about my amazing experiencing vanishing when I woke up.
