<p>Maybe you don't know this, but Harvard track is terrible and your times might be good enough to be recruited. Contact their coach, if you can get down to 11.5 or so a Junior/Senior then you show potential. You should also tell him about your 40 yd dash time as it's arguably more impressive than your 100m time.</p>

<p>Try to focus your activities in one area, if you can.</p>
<p>For example, if you like playing football, and want to volunteer, try volunteering to coach a children's football team. This looks much better than volunteering for a hospital because it shows passion in one specific area (in this case, football).</p>
