Some good matches?

Hello. I've applied to three schools already (UF, FSU, Georgia Tech) and am thinking about applying to one more school, preferably a match/slight reach, perhaps a private school, outside the state of Florida. I was wondering if you guys could help me find some schools that fit that description.

Your ACT score (33) is the equivalent of about a 2220 SAT I score. Based upon this, if you can get another SAT II score of around 690-700, you would be a match at schools like Cornell, USC, Carnegie-Mellon, Michigan, Georgetown, and have good chances at Rice, Tufts or John Hopkins.

Even Penn or Brown would be slight matches (you are top 4-5%, and the Ivies like top 3%, but the test scores are slightly higher than their averages). Your ECs are a little weak for Penn and Brown, though--which is why I say "slight reach".
