Some graduate programs you can't be admitted right after undergraduate, which can...?

From my understanding most top buisness graduate schools your not likely to be admitted right after undergraduate school. Is this the same for many graduate schools within social science and law, such as international relations etc...? Can anyone briefly explain all of this?

Most IR schools don’t have a work experience requirement…though the very top ones are very competitive to get into, and those without work experience would need pretty strong stats otherwise.
