i was wondering if anyone on here knew the deal with the mid-year report if you've already been accepted under ED. I got accepted, but my grades won't be so great for Semester 1. Does anyone know when they start sending letters/rescinding ED acceptances? I've heard from most people that it becomes a problem if the grades go to C's..but yeah tell me if you know anything.

Congrats on your acceptance at CU! I can't speak for Columbia, but in general you have to tank big-time to have an acceptance rescinded. D or F grades are commonly mentioned. Check with the admissions office if you are worried; if the grades are really bad and there is some kind of extenuating circumstance, ask your counselor to write a note of explanation.

thanks so much for your answer, Gatsby. I was wondering how exactly you got this info. it seems as though i'm taking my finals on a 100 degree fever this week.
