Some help needed

Hello,

I am international student currently applying for Purdue's undergraduate class of 2015.

While taking a look at the decisions tread here at CC, I saw that some people sent high school counselor's recommendation.

My question is: is it mandatory to have one?

Secondly, do you think it's still okay to apply for Engineering right now (I'm sending my online application tomorrow)?

Thanks for your attention so far, you've been most helpful.

Sincerely,
Sandro Rodrigues

for your first question: no. its been mentioned before. purdue has 40,000 undergrads. just think of how many students apply each year! the admissions office won’t bother with your letter.

to your second question: no its not too late to apply. you’re still earlier than alot of students lol

as depr91 said, it is not too late to apply.
none of the engineering programs have filled for regular students (only for transfers have they filled)

Thanks guys, just sent my application in.
