some important questions

1.Is it true that the counselor and the teacher who fills the teacher evaluation form must create an account in commonapp.org?
2. Should i mail the high school transcripts and lor to each university that i am applying? Or should i send it to commonapp.org in a soft copy form?
3. Can i send the common app. first and then send the sat scores later? Can i leave the sat tests marks in the form?
4. Doesen't the teacher evaluation form suffice? Should i tell the teacher to write a separate lor?

If your counselors and teachers send the paper form of the LORs, they needn’t create the account…

Ask your teachers to submit online, then you won’t have to send it in hard copies to each freaking universities you apply.

Yes sure, you can. In fact, you can send your SAT scores even some days after the deadlines… You should fill your test marks on the form and then also have it sent officially through College Board.

4.The LOR should be uploaded along with the teacher evaluation form, if submitted online. If submitted on paper too, it should be mailed along with a completed Evaluation form, because the form has some check in boxes too…

[Although you didn’t ask for it, I would suggest you ask your teachers to fill it online, but on an official letter pad of the school with the high school seal and signatures. That way the work becomes easy and delivery isn’t messed up, which is a frequent case with postal system]

Sending multiple copies to multiple universities is an arduous task. So i think i will have the paperwork sent online. So is it compulsory that the teachers and counselor create an account in commonapp.org?
3. But what if i send the commonapp before i take the tests? What should i do then? can i just fill in the dates?

The Commonapp can be filled and updated on an ongoing basis. You cannot send commonapp. You fill in the details, one common form, for all the colleges that you are keeen on applying to listed on commonapp. And then you pick one college at a time , write the essays required, and submit on or before the application deadline. For most colleges regular applications deadline is 1 January. And you can check the date for each college and make a checklist.

My advice is educate yourself about the process and you will find most of the answers out there. And when there is a confusion you can post your queries here.
