So my sister goes to duke (similar stats) I think im going to apply there ED... what are some other good matches for me. Im looking to study political science and economics. I live in Florida. Oh and my grandfather went to JHU. Chances?

Any matches and chances would be great thanks.

I appreciate it

Miami, you could easily get in their plus its a great school.

What major?

not really sure maybe public policy, economics, environmental science, or even philosophy

extraodinary grades and ecs, especiallly with all your volunteering.
varsity soccer is also great. i think that
if you can try and improve your sat score by 100-150 pts (yea, its a lot)
then you could actually have a very decent shot at some of the top ivies.

but for duke now, you should be fine.

a few suggestions:

Michigan: match
URochester: match
NYU: match/low reach
Northwestern: mid-reach
UChicago: reach

Duke ED seems doable with the sister there. good luck

true i will take that into consideration

USC would be a good choice

I would shoot for a minimm 2150 and ED Duke.
