The general consensus is 200.

Yeah, it’s 450
I wrote 750 at first (total) but quickly noticed the “ADDITIONAL” in upper case.

It was 300 seeds 40%, find 100%
300 / 2 = 20%
3005/2 = 20%5
750 = 100%
750 - 300 = 450

I put 450 too but I think 200 is right. Unless the questions were different I assumed the 300 was 40% eaten not 40% left… Probably went too fast and didn’t read lol.

@brad You do know that there was 40% of the original amount of food left right?

hmmm I had 200 first but when I checked my work I changed my answer to 450

That’s funny…(not ha-ha more peculiar) I got 450 first but changed in the 200.

collegeboard obviously knew people would have trouble interpreting the 40% the correct way. if you did the problem correctly (which couldve been any number of ways) you got 200. i dont think that’s up for discussion.

Totally second, efeens. I remember, clearly, seeing Percentage…Left.

Pretty sure it’s 200.

Did anyone get a question about median increase for distribution of test scores?

the median stayed the same

I put the median was the same.

For the first question on one of the sections - a logic question with ages - did anyone get the guy with the name starting with A…amila or something?

I put Amal was the youngest

it sure is 200…
say there was 100 feeders,
and 40% LEFT after 300 birds visited = 300 birds ate 60% of the initial feeders
and 40 feeders left and (40/60)*300=200

Yep Amal is the youngest and 3 sq rt 3
