I am a junior in high school and I just had some questions I was hoping I could get cleared up:

Is it a good idea to take more AP’s/tests junior year to have scores for your application? If you take your AP’s your senior year does that cheat you in any way (not taking into account that you can recieve credit for scores) in terms of what’s availble to you in college?

If you have information which is not requested on an application, but you want the college see it how do you send this information or include it in your application? I’m talking about more detailed information than is requested or explinations of items on your application (like why you did so terribly freshman year), or an explination of your situation (e.g. your parents split)

How do you find out more about honors programs, accelerated programs, or special department programs? I’ve been scouring all the college websites and I haven’t found too much info-- am I just not looking hard enough?

I am going to go premed but for my undergrad I really want to pursue a well rounded liberal arts type education. I want to load up on the necessary sciences, pre requisites etc. for premed but also keep my learning horizons broad. Does anyone know of any schools who cater to what I’m looking for, or have a similar attitude? Maybe any programs similar to what I just described?
