2) When do you think you will file them? For RD, probably sometime in Jan-March.
3) No, neither will it help you.

5) Yes. Supplements are very common.

7) Can you mention the course without the grade? Otherwise, no.
8) Volunteer, probably. Internships are kind of a separate category, though.
