Some questions transfering in one year

I think technically I would be considered a one year transfer because on paper I'm still a high school senior. However, I'm in this program that allows high school students to take full-time classes at De Anza, so I'm at De Anza full-time. So still I would have spent two full years at De Anza.

Anyway, I talked to one of the counselors this past Wednesday and she said starting this fall for 2012 you can only have one TAG for the UCs. Is this true because I haven't seen anything about that. I have seen info about the TAG gpa changes for the various UCs only so...
I would like to get a tag for the 3 UCs I'd like but if I had to pick I'll only tag for Davis if the case we were only allowed to TAG for one UC.

She also told me that you can take up to 15 units over the summer. My friend told me it was 10. Before I was worried about needing to take 15 units but then I realized I could use the 3 I got on the AP US History Exam for 8 units, I think according to the UC site. However in my handbook for the students in the high school/De Anza program, it says De Anza would give me 12 units credit in lieu with HIST17 series. Either way, I'll have over 45 units by the end of summer for TAG so I'm not worried. I should definitely send my AP score report soon so I know how much units De Anza will give me on my transcript.

Will the UCs look more at my gpa at the end of the fall quarter or the winter quarter when I send the academic update?

I’ve heard that you will only be able to TAG one school. The UC application update is due before your Winter quarter ends so they will only see your Fall grades.

Oh wait… I’m not ENTIRELY sure that’s true because my school is Semester not Quarter.

Oh now that I think of it… they won’t look at the winter quarter grades since the the academic update is due by the of January and since the winter quarter ends in late March anyway. So I guess they don’t look at winter grades at all.
