Some Quick Questions About Common App

I'm a newcomer to the Common App (I'm applying as a transfer). I just have a few questions about it.

Under Current Year Courses, should I list the courses as they appear on my schedule? For example, if it says "MATH 2500" on my schedule, would I write "MATH 2500 - 3 hours" or "Calculus III - 3 hours"?

I'm applying for Fall 2012 admission, but I'm planning to print some of the forms now and get them filled out. But since I don't have my schedule for Spring 2012 yet, I can't fill out the Second Semester portion of Current Year Courses. Would it be okay get the forms done now, and hand-write in the courses for Spring 2012 when the time comes?

On the College Report, there aren't enough lines to list all of my courses for this semester. But on the School Report, there are enough lines. Is this going to be an issue on my application?

Can I mail in the forms myself in one big envelope?

The quotes were following proper English writing conventions for asking which of two things the OP should write. If the OP was suggesting adding quotes, single quotes would have been used within the quotes.

Bashing people for things that aren’t actually stupid just makes you look stupid.
