Some schools I should look at?(THANKS in advance!!) :)

<p>I have a 3.2 weighted(I believe) GPA, and unweighted is probably around a 3.0. For arguments sake, we'll say I got a 700/700/700 on my SAT's. My essay is outstanding and my EC's are a short yet still solid list. I'm a white male from a competitive high school that does not include class ranks. </p>

<p>The schools I'm looking for are in the Northeast. Preferably New York for in-state tuition / acceptance chances. </p>

<p>What are some schools I should consider applying to regular decision? (Please include safety's and reaches)</p>

<p>I don’t know much about New York schools except NYU, Fordham, Columbia… but they’re all in the city. the only school I know in upstate NY is Cornell</p>

<p>maybe look at the SUNY system or St. Johns University in Queens?</p>
