Some Simple Questions, Looking For Answers!

can't tell if you are joking? lol

Internal transfer between schools is getting harder and harder. The Chronicle (BC alumni/faculty newspaper) recently reports that finance is now the most popular major at the school. This means the Dean of CSOM is not looking for anymore students for CSOM fearing over crowding classes. Most of the transfer students from elsewhere applying to BC is applying to CSOM so you're facing competition from all sides. Finally, you need a good GPA (3.5+) to apply internaly to CSOM. In short, BC admission and CSOM deans aren't stupid. They know there are students who are applying to CAS/LSE/CSN hoping to transfer to CSOM later (one of them told me himself) so they scrutinize internal transfer into CSOM quite a bit.

k i have a 3.5 with a 27 act along with very good ECs, essay, and recs. I know my stats are not great and BC is for sure one of my reach schools. I really would just like to have the best shot at getting in soooo for the best shot would i have it at CAS over CSOM?

There isn't a huge difference but the general thought is that CSOM is a bit more selective than CAS. So there's your answer.
