Somebody Help Me!!!

Hey, guys. I have a kind of complex questions. I'm an international DIY applicant.
When I decided to do the offline school forms, I invited all my teachers and counselor in Sep.9.
They printed out all the paper school forms, completed the hard paper forms and mailed to United States in about Sep 29.
Today I wanted to do my last job including payments and supplement submission.
However I found that my ED university continued showing the school form with " In Progress" when the other two Spring University showed "Assigned"
I'm so confused and asked the Common Application
They said I didn't have invited all the teachers but actually is I have already invited them in Sep.9.
So, I decided to delete all the teachers and invited them again.
Then it showed with "Assign"
But the invited date was changing to today's date.
I'm so worried and confused if it will lead to any disadvantages with my application. And the point is my teacher and counselor have already send all the materials to US.
I'm looking forward for your help!!!

Thank you very much!

I’m an internation applicant too, so here’s how its been in my experience. It so happens at times that the mail doesn’t make it or is delivered to the wrong address or something, unless ur using a reliable mailing facility. If u are, then they’ll probably have trackers, so u can check if ur recommendations made it to ur ED school.

Any way, the bigger point is to get ur material to the school. The changes in ur app once uv submitted it aren’t available to the college. So its just a matter of getting the recs to them. Last year, Bates didn’t get one of my recs. What I did was, I went to my counselor, and she scanned a copy of the recommendation and emailed it directly to one of Bates’s officials, and the information on my application tracker was updates within the day. So u cud try something like that. Don’t bother with the dates at this point.

I’d just call the school up and confirm with them what teachers they have at their end, to make sure they have them right. And then I’d find out which recs made it and which didnt, then email them the recs that didnt make it.

I hope this helps…

Thanks very much!
