someone, anyone, help!

I'll try not to make this too long, considering I've seen many profiles that span about 3 pages.

I'm a black female that lives in a pretty rural, town in Virginia. Live with my Mom, who is divorced. I attend public high school; it's decent, but it's definitely not one of the top schools in the state. There are just a bunch of really intelligent people in my class.
SAT- Math: 570 Verbal: 640 Writing: 640 (I'm retaking it in October after I took a prep class)
ACT- 26 (no practice, and i think the prep class will help me a lot)
GPA unweigthed: 3.6 weighted: 3.8
I took almost all of the hardest classes. By the end of this year, I will have taken 7 AP classes.
EC's:
-piano for 8 years

- Black Student Awareness Club
- BETA
- selected to attend VA Girls State
- elected as a senator at VA Girls State
- participated in the International Youth Democracy Summit ( a program with Presidential classroom at UVA and Georgetown)
- 80 hours of volunteer at a local hospital
- 20 hours of volunteer work at the humane society

- going to participate in a science competition (chosen 1 out of 5 students in the school)
Recs:
Should have really nice recomendations from the two teachers writing all of them

I want to major in Political Science.

I am applying to the following schools:
Syracuse University
Boston College
Cornell University
University of Virginia
Northwestern University
UNC-Chapel Hill
Davidson College

Any feedback would be great! Thank you!

You should be able to get into Syracuse, Davidson, and Boston College, but you will have a bit of a rough go at getting into Cornell, Northwestern, or UNC--Chapel Hill (this last school is a very competitive school to get into for out-of-state students).

I think you are about 50-50 at University of Virginia, in-state. Your GPA and extracurriculars are great, but you need a slightly higher SAT score (particularly in math). That 26 ACT score is right in the middle of their 25%-75% range (ACTs average 25 to 31 at the University of Virginia).

I'd say if you graduated in the top 10% of your class, you will probably get in, and if not, then the odds are slightly against you. See what you can do to write a great essay and get great teacher recommendations, because I think you would really enjoy the University of Virginia--and it would be the cheapest of all your choices.

Good luck.
