Someone Chance/Advice me please

So, I'll begin by telling you the classes that I have taken up until now. The classes I took prior to freshman year are going on my transcripts (this is for the people who live in the states that don't put them on the transcripts).

Pre-Freshman Year:
Algebra 1 Honors
Spanish 1
Algebra 2 Honors
Geometry Honors

Freshman Year:
Spanish 2
Physics Honors
Gym(mandatory)
Biology Honors
English Honors
World History Honors
Pre-Calculus Honors
1/2 credit AP Human Geography

Sophomore Year (It was a mess):
Contemporary Issues
Sociology
Wellness (mandatory in TN)
Personal Finance(mandatory in TN)
Earth Science
English 2 College Prep
1/2 credit AP Environmental Science

Junior Year (schedule):
Dual Enrollment Statistics
Trigonometry Honors
English 3 Honors
Chemistry Honors
AP U.S. History 1
AP U.S. History 2
AP European History 1
AP European History 2

So far, I have been in Mu Alpha Theta for 9-part of 10th grade. I was in a club that was like an environmental one, and I have around 20 hours of beach cleaning (if that matters). However, I am obligated to talk about sophomore year. I moved out of state to a new school, and I was taking classes online (don't worry, those credits counted). That's why I have 1/2 credits for the two APs. They "didn't know where to put me", so they put me in the classes above. I was just curious as to what my chances are to go to a "good college". If you answer, please give your definition of a "good college", for my definition may be considered poor or excellent to others. I understand that the slacking off of Sophomore year can be okay as long as you show a great improvement Junior/Senior year? Here is my plan for Senior Year (not finalized).

Senior Year:
AP Calculus AB
AP Calculus BC
AP English Language
AP Gov/AP Micro/Macro Economics
Theater
AP Biology 1
AP Biology 2
Spanish 3..?

My Guidance Counselor also thinks I will be graduating with Honors & distinction in TN. She said I will also be a TN scholar (not very impressive) and she thinks I can be a National Merit Finalist. I will also will be volunteering at the hospital so I may be able to shadow a neurosurgeon.

Sorry for rambling, I just wanted to see what you guys think.

P.S. I moved from Florida to Tennessee

Also, I did Peer Tutoring Sophomore Year, and my unweighted GPA is between 3.78 & 3.97 (assuming 2 half-credits is a whole credit).

That screams pre-med…

UTN: Aim for 24+/1700+
Vanderbilt: Aim for 32+/2150+

Well, Pre-Med is good, and I took the ACT before I took Algebra and got a 20 (7th grade), so I think I can definitely qualify for UTN and quite possibly Vanderbilt. Any other suggestions with ECs? I thought that I could possibly dual enroll for Chemistry at a community college? Thoughts?

Also, thank you soooo much! You’re great! :)
