Can someone please chance me so I stop freaking out? Please be honest too! Thanks!

To be honest, it’s going to be tough unless you retake the SAT or take the ACT and try to get a 2000/30+

Since you’re going into Comp Sci if you’re applying to CoE you’ll need a little higher math scores as well. To increase your chances I would apply to LSA’s Comp Sci and switch to CoE if you want after you’re accepted.

What does that gpa mean in a 4.0 scale? Is it a simple conversion .925*4.000=3.7? Yea get that SAT up, which should be alright to do as long as you study a good amount. Memorizing some words and learning roots should help that verbal score immensely.

Get the SAT score up and you’re a match. Consider taking the ACT as well. If you do well on that you can send both scores in and I’ve heard that gives you a slight bump.

It seems like you’re a good leader and you should be able to write some good essays that have to do with that. Make sure to let them know in whatever way you can your ability to be a leader.

Don’t send in the math SAT II score. You might want to consider taking one or two more SAT IIs, but only send them if you got at least a 680 or more on one or both of them.

The GPA is slightly below average for UMich but if you have an upward trend over the last few semesters, that helps a lot.

If you were in-state I’d say you were a high match, but out of state you’re a bit lower on the scale. You might get deferred originally but I feel you’ll be accepted.
