Someone help me with GPA

<p>How do college calculate it? Do they distinguish between + and -...and do they take year-end averages or semester?</p>

<p>(i have one B in AP world history and then all As; I know I can prob. bring it up by end of year...will I still get a 4.0 then) </p>

<p>they usually take semester averages (which most schools use to calculate GPA) dont worry. u would probably have like a 3.999999</p>

<p>well i know that at my school, AP class As count as 5.0s, so you may even have that covered.</p>
