So I'm an incoming transfer and I was wondering if it was really necessary to read the book (Homer& Langley) that was mailed to us and more importantly attend the small group discussion when I get to campus?

I know it's ''required'' to attend but what will happen if I don't go?

Nothing happens.

^Wait, so we can just not show up and nothing will happen? I read the book, but I really don’t want to talk about it…pretty sure I’d fall alseep.

Edit: Nothing will happen if you DON’T show up. In fact, nothing will happen if you don’t read the book, don’t attend the discussion which is in a big indoor stadium/track field, and don’t write about the book.

What playhacker said.

I transferred in. Didn’t read the book. Tried to sell it, but lost book.

You get an email to come to the meeting. That’s about it. Nothing happens.

Actually…if you don’t read the book, attend the discussion session, and write the short paper, President Skorton calls your parents. ;)
