lishnik - i've done it all: staying up till 2 or whenever to finish all my work; do none of my work and try to do it during school; don't do it at night and wake up at 4 or 5 to start or finish it. it all depends on the person. i've found, though, that when i wake up early to finish it, i'm a little more efficient (the hardest part is just STARTING the work) i think it's because i'm under pressure to finish it at a certain time (by 7 - so i have 2 or 3 hours). really, i use all these methods throughout the year - it's all up to how i feel that day lol.

megalo - that's my nightmare every night T_T

i have ended up doing most of it during school this week. I forgot about an AP Psych test and an AP Stat test, and had to prep for both of those at school. Crazy fun, rest assured. and i feel for you on the nightmare. i've wanted penn since seventh grade. i dont have nightmares though. i don't sleep.

AP Stat - i haven't opened my book in about two weeks....failed the quizzes...and hope to make it up with the tests. lishnik - don't try this method lol.

wow, seventh grade?? i've wanted penn since...septemeber? >< i never really had a goal till lately - but i make up in passion and enthusiasm what i lack in time!!! lol ^^

Haha, I read about Wharton in Fortune magazine, and let's just say I was impressionable. And I like your method for stat. Mine consists of going there, dumping my backpack, and then going to chill in my AP Bio class from last year. The teacher is freakin' cool, so I just go there and log onto CC.

haha, that sounds like my ap physics class last year. we seriously did nothing all year - kids were on the comp and our teacher didn't say anything! i'm not sure if i blame him or myself for the C i got in it last year... >_<

in my stat class, i've learned more about my teacher's frat rush week than i have about statistics...he says these are "life lessons"....

hahahaha. my stat teacher is a unitarian, and he stands up there and talks about how stupid Biblethumpers are. As I live in the freakin' Bible Belt, you can imagine how well that goes over.

oo, that wouldn't work here lol. too many jewish people - many teachers are jewish too haha. it's funnier to listen to my ap gov teacher talk - we're pretty much convinced he's a republican, and here in the land of democrats, that's very rare (though one of my good friends is the president of the teenage republican club lol). i really couldn't care either way, but it's funny to see one republican teacher among so many democrats

Haha, I'm a socialist who wants to go into investment banking. Don't ask. I don't have an answer.

haha, don't worry. i make it a point to stay outta politics - i just have to be careful with my major then (foreign languages). all the possible jobs seem to be connected to the government! >_<

You know, for a short while, I wanted to be a UN translator. Can you imagine the fun. "The Spanish ambassador wants to tell the French ambassador that he smells like moldy cheese and poorly aged wine."

haha, that's what i was considering, too. but then i thought, "nah, that's too close to politics." i'm not sure i want anything closely associated with government lol. and then my friend joked, "be careful. if you make one translation mistake, you could start a war." lol

Lol, but thats the fun part. Knowing you have the power to screw over the world. It must be what God feels like.

hahahaa. that should be an answer to an interview question:
"where do you see yourself in 15 years?"
"in God's position."

damn, now if only i'd get contacted for an interview...T_T

disclaimer: sorry if i offend anyone!!

Haha, don't worry, I'm a heathen. You won't offend me. In the words of Apu, I have a whole superteam of Gods.

lol. i've had to read the bible this year - again. >_< three out of four years in high school, and i've studied that bible - as a piece of "literature" (or so they say...) lol. sophomore year was kinda my own fault tho - i did my term paper on the chronicles of narnia lol

Haha, aforementioned fundy gave me Mere Christianity and asked me to read it with an open mind. The irony had me rolling on the floor.

speaking of multiple gods...i like learning about mythology. the idea of so many different gods is so cool. Athena rocks - Goddess of Wisdom AND she can kick ass lol

hahaha, my favorite god is odin, with the whole hanging from Yggdrasil and giving up an eye to drink from the Well of Mimir.

odin's a nordic god, right?? (if i remember correctly...>_<)

btw, just wondering, what time is it where you are?? lol
