Hey guys,

I did terrible this semester. My cumulative GPA is now 3.0 because of me doing terrible this semester. I have two more semesters left in college. My senior seminar summer class, which is 9 credits, and four more classes in the fall at 3 credits each. If I get no less an A- in EVERY one of my following classes, what do you think my cumulative GPA will be when I graduate?! Thanks everyone!

You have some pieces missing: total number of current credits, what your school counts as an A- (3.75?).

A- is 3.67
A+ is 4.33
A is 4.00
I received an A+ once so it’s possible to receive that I’m assuming! Thank you!!
Right now I have 113 credits

133x3.0=399
21x3.67=77.07

476.07 divided by total credits 154= 3.09

I think you accidentally wrote 133 instead of 113, so the GPA should be 3.105. For perspective, getting all A+'s would get you a 3.208.

I knew someone would check it. Thanks. I teach English. Lol.

they give you 4.33 for A+???

It looks like this is a potential law student (saw his post in the law school forum), and LSAC, the Law School Admission Council, recalculates applicants’ GPAs and counts A+s as 4.33s.
