<p>So this is just sort of a random thought… but I’ve sent my essay to a lot of people thusfar and I can’t decide who to listen to. One person will tell me it’ll be perfect once I insert life lessons in, and once I’ve done that and send it to another person, that person will tell me that the life lessons stuff is unnecessary. One person will tell me they love the narrative style while another will tell me they think it’s lame. Some tell me that it’s perfect to send in, while others tell me it’s only a good start and that I need to work on it a lot more.</p>
<p>It’s kind of hard deciding who to listen to… 
Like, there will always be people who are unsatisfied with any essay, right? Should I just send it in whenever I feel most comfortable about it?</p>
<p>omg i had the exact same problem. Like some will say my essay is great n stuff, but my closed friends say i bs too much and too much rambling. Also some appreciated the humour but some think its lame and informal. I think i’m getting a headache</p>

<p>sqdwfe, keep in mind that in the end this is your essay and you should submit what you feel is your best work, not what others feel. Personally I think that life lessons are very good to put in essays, and narratives make them more interesting; but whatever works best for you is what you should feel most proud of and submit. If you want me to look over it and give some feedback, send it my way.</p>
