<p>I am an international student who just tranferred to UW-Madison, the the coming 09fall will be my first semester in that school. My major is mechanical engineering. For now my problem is that I think the college of engineering in UIUC is much better than that in UW-Madison. Should I apply UIUC next semester?
Hope someone could give me some suggestion.</p>
