Someone Wondering Their Chances

My name is Miguel and I am first generation college in my family. I'm very realistic and I have gotten it through my head that my chances at Georgetown aren't that great (due to sometimes getting sidetracked at school) so I have made my peace with the idea of going to George Washington University instead, but before I apply early decision I wanted to hear someones else's opinion on my chances at Georgetown based on these stats:

If someone could just honestly tell me what they think my chances are without sugar coating it.

hmm… its hard to say. Your EC are quite strong I would say, and your grades (at least now) seem to be fine as well.
The problem is that you have not taken that many AP classes in Junior year and thus your results of your senior AP classes will not affect your application. Also the D in your AP class junior year might hurt you.
You will need to make an effort your first semester senior year.
Others might know more than I do, though.
Good luck!
