<p>well since you have irvine and riverside i’d basically eliminate riverside unless it gave you better fin aid or something. and like RoaringMice, it depends on the major… but i’d also probably eliminate umass amherst because you have better schools on your list (udel/uconn)</p>

<p>Did you get your Wisconsin financial aid yet? They seem a bit stingy about it sometimes. When I called them to find out what their deal was/why they wouldn’t give me money they said they didn’t like to give it to new students, instead students typically waited a year and then applied for grants.

<p>I didn’t say engineering. UMass Amherst doesn’t offer Materials Engineering as a separate major, which is at least in part why I’d imagine they are not ranked. They still have a good rep in the field.</p>

<p>From that list I’d pick Irvine but I like CA so idk you obviously don’t mind heat or sunshine to be where you’re at now so why not? It would be a huge change and definitely one for the better.</p>
