Son of Alumni

Does Northeastern take alumni relations into account for admissions decisions? I couldn't find anything about it on the website, but both of my parents received a Master's degree from there. Would that improve my chances of getting in at all?

I am pretty sure they do. On the application they ask if you are a legacy applicant.

On their collegeboard profile they list “Alumni Relations” as a considered factor. When you get to their Common Application Supplement, they ask whether you have an siblings attending Northeastern or who have graduated from Northeastern. They know from the family information portion of the Common Application if you parent(s) have graduated from Northeastern.
