Almost all Nirvana songs remind of be every bit of my young childhood. It seems like that is the only band I can remember from when I was but a wee one. ;-)

Of your pre-Dark Period? That can't be good.

All those whiny 90's songs like Counting Crows make me remember how bad*ly* I wanted to sit in the front seat so I could change the radio station.

These songs reminds me of when I was ~7, because my parents listened to them:
-"Cajun Song" by the Gin Blossoms
-"Sunday" by the Cranberries
-"These Are the Days" by Paul Westerberg
-"Somebody's Crying" by Chris Isaak

These songs remind me of certain moments during high school...
-"Terrible Person" by Rooney reminds me of doing my honors art project in 9th grade
-"Evil" by Interpol reminds me of the summer before sophomore year
-"Mr. Brightside" by the Killers reminds me of this guy that I was absolutely infatuated with freshman year... He was a senior and I would always feel "depressed" about the fact that he was graduating to this song.
-"Grace Kelly" by Mika reminds me of dancing around like a crazy person before the French exchange students came.
-"Dominos" by Office reminds me of last year when our school band went to Disney.
-"Cyclone" by Baby Bash (ha, ha) reminds me of Model UN.
-"In My Head" by the Ballet reminds me of running in Maine this summer.

Wow. Lots of memories...
I love songs that make me feel nostalgic.

Yes.
Would I listen to it by myself? No.
Would I listen to it when completely hyperactive due to a combination of several brownies and the excitement of the French exchange? Yes.
(This reminds me of "Green Eggs and Ham.")
And really, Yak, "Grace Kelly" is like green eggs and ham. It's not initially appealing, but it's quite addicting once you try it.
I was going to suggest that you blast it from a car and dance in the parking lot while it rains, but then I realized that you're male, and that probably doesn't appeal to you very much.

Yeah, and I listen to "Love Today," "Lollipop," and "Happy Ending," too.
Being a music snob is overrated.
And, besides, my music taste in general kicks your music taste's ass. (;
