<p>for me....it's "everybody hurts" by REM. such a good song when you're feeling down.</p>
<p>as for graduation songs...the "classic" vitamin C song ("graduation") is pretty sad</p>
<p>i bring this topic up because our senior class will be beginning to plan our senior graduation and all that stuff within the next few weeks (i know..kind early)</p>
<p>I elected "I'll be" by Edwin McCain as our graduation song (it was a choice on the ballot). Now that I read the lyrics, I find that it's more like a love song than a friendship/parting song. I first got the hint it was a graduation song when I heard it in a boarding school video several years ago, and I've liked the song ever since.</p>

<p>Changes by Tupac'?? i never really cried on a song but kinda gets you a sad feeling touches your heart</p>
<p>They always play "Time of Your Life" at the end of the school dances, and people start crying because everyone has to leave. I don't think it's because of the song.</p>

<p>Uh, Death of an Interior Decorator, by Death Cab for Cutie, kind of makes me cry.</p>
