Songs to Open Your Letter To...

I just randomly thought of this as an idea to get our minds off the wait a bit, and so I could have something to do I guess. So the question is: What songs would you open your NYU letter to?

I'd probably play "Dreaming Out Loud" by One Republic (for reasons that may seem obvious.)

(Think of it as background music.)

Um, don’t really need a song—too much excitement to hear anything

mmmmmmmmmmm my song that I sang for my app.
you’re so vain.

any song by the misfits. so non fitting… i do not care.

If it is big… Celebrate by KC and the Sunshine Band -or- September by Earth Wind and Fine (or hava negilah… just kidding)

If it small… Ohio is for Lovers by Hawthorne Heights -or- The ***** of Living from Spring Awakening

Haha, the ***** of Living is a good one. That or Totally ******!

Haha I totally agree with the Spring Awakening songs, I’m totally listening to one of those if the envelope’s small.

If I get accepted…“Love Today” by Mika I’m thinking? Or “New York City” by They Might Be Giants.

But I’ll probably be too overcome with emotion (hopefully happiness!) to pay attention to music at that point anyway.

welcome to paradise

circus by britney spears

don’t judge me

Soulja boi.

Barney’s theme song…

^ Don’t feel bad bondgirl, ‘Circus’ is my jam right now! It’s totally gonna be my acceptance dance song if I make it in hahaha.

If accepted: “Lets Dance to Joy Division” by The Wombats

If rejected: “Dilate” by Ani DiFranco

I hoping for the former!

um… “The Future Freaks Me Out” by Motion City Soundtrack :)

HAHAHAAH Circus most def. loves Britney  and if i dont get in… tune changes If You Seek Amy

“Colorblind” by Counting Crows

Call me cliche, but definitely “New York City” - John Lennon and “New York, New York” - Frank Sinatra.

If I get rejected its going to be a long somber week of John Frusciante, Nirvana, and Pink Floyd.
