Thanks for input.

USC (South Carolina) seems to have a good sports management program- I know a kid who had similar stats to your son who finished thus June with a job waiting. We were all surprised at how good the internships that he got were (including a major one in NYC).

Have you considered Alfred University (Alfred, NY)? Their school of business is AACSB accredited. They have a sports management minor. My son was admitted to their engineering school with a 1140 SAT and 3.4 GPA. He is a current freshman and is very happy there. They don’t have a baseball team though.

Thanks. Will take a closer look at SC.

Will be interesting to see where he gets in since, based on that, we may consider a few other schools.

I would add St. Bonaventure and Siena College. Both are great schools. Bonaventure has a great sports tradition D1 in the exciting Atlantic 10 and a very attractive Average Net Cost. One of the prettiest campuses I have seen and the only one with an actual on campus golf course.

Scranton is fantastic but the cost seems out of whack with peers. Monmouth IMO is a total waste of money and I am a native of Monmouth County.
