<p>yes, if you want to get them while the prices haven't gone up. (i'm talking used off amazon or the like, since of course the cheaper ones go first).</p>
<p>if you're buying at UCLA it doesn't make a difference when, so long as you mind the in-store pickup deadline if you want to do that.</p>
