My interview went really well and i think my essays are pretty well done…stellar recommendations

is your gpa out of 5 or 6? I would definately say you have a good chance, your course load and SATs are very good, and the interview will be extremely helpful, especially if an interview isn’t required.

Chance me back!

its out of like 5.3 or something…really messed up at our school
interview is required here

SInce I don’t understand your grading system and you provide no unweighted GPA, I don’t know how anyone can comment on that, and your transcript is the single most important element of the application.
Your CR SAT will hurt you, even though your Math SAT is competitive. Your SAT Subject Tests will hurt you too, and your APs won’t help.
Your ECs are solid and interesting, but probably not enough for a “wow” factor.
Obviously, your class standing is impressive, but much will depend on what GU thinks about the school.
Is there a hook you haven’t mentioned, like anything really interesting about your geographic or ethnic background?

Dude, your scores are super low for Georgetown.

Hmm, well, I say you are a good shot. You have to expand upon your EC’s though to make them sound like they really are. Like, is your robotics team amazing? or is it adequate?

Otherwise, I say a great shot. Just show that you have been working hard on everything, not just school, but EC’s too.

^^I have no idea how you can possibly conclude he has a “great shot” given his test scores and the fact that even the OP can’t decipher the GPA.

the georgetown application doesnt give you a chance to “expand on your ECs” you just put the name and awards if applicable

thanks for the infor everyone

@WCASparent…tmanneopen goes to my school and knows that my gpa is very good…think like a B+ average in all advanced/ap classes…also how will my ap’s not help

i unfortunately have no hooks except being roman catholic but thats not much of a hook

^^I wasn’t clear. I meant your AP test scores won’t help, because they are okay but unexceptional. (Having taken AP courses is definitely a plus.)
If you have no hook, and you’re not a straight A student, my guess would be that the odds of admission are not high. You will probably be put in a category from which not more than 25% would be admitted, and maybe under 20%. But as I find it difficult to figure out your GPA and don’t know anything about your school, it’s tough to say.

ok thank you…i thought you meant in general taking ap’s doesn’t help your app. But yea gtown is definitely my reach school
