Sooo..When would I actually start applying?

<p>I really have no idea. This semester is my first semester at a CCC, and I'm on track to completing IGETC and UC Berkeley Poly-Sci PreReqs. I'm taking 16 Units right now, and plan to maintain that amount if not a little more(18~20).</p>

<p>I hear that I could start applying for usc early...? Is this true?</p>
