Sophomore AP Computer Science A?

I'm currently a freshman and I am self studying AP Psychology, as my school does not offer AP's for freshmans. The only AP's offered for sophomores are AP Psychology and AP Human Geography. As a sophomore I would have already taken the Psych Exam, and AP Hum Geo does not appeal to me. I am considering taking AP Computer Science A on FLVS. I will be in Pre-Calculus as a Sophomore, as I'm taking Algebra 2 now, as a freshman. I'm good at math, but I have minimal programming experience. Do you think I could take and do well in AP Comp Science A, and do well on the exam?

Sure, go ahead. A lot of people in my HS take AP Comp sci in sophomore year, and most of them would be in precalculus too. You can go try to learn some programming right now and see whether you like it or not, too.
