Sophomore CC Transfer to LMU LA

After being denied from attending Arizona State University as a first-time freshman by my parents due to financial reasons, I am forced to complete and transfer to another 4-year university through junior/community college. My first day of CC starts next week. So I was browsing through the Loyola Marymount Los Angeles website and stumbled across the transfer requirements to transfer there and it’s minimum credit requirement is 30 credits. Looking at my planned schedule of classes for the next 2 years, my first and second semester add up to 30 credits. So my big question is, can I apply for admission to the fall 2016 semester now? Or do I have to wait and apply for the spring 2017 semester? I’m trying to get out of community college as fast as possible so this is one of my options to do so. Any responses are appreciated!
