I'm a rising junior at a target school, and I'm wondering what exactly is the best way to spend my summer if I'm looking to break into top tier consulting firms later on. I currently have an internship offer from one of the largest hospital consulting firms in the world overseas, but their presence is primarily in Asia and the Middle East, not so much in the US. However, I am fairly confident that I'll be able to get pretty involved in their projects.
I'm not sure whether this would be looked upon more favorably than working at a consulting boutique domestically, or compared to other potential internships for sophomores.

Thanks
