Sophomore, Junior, and Senior Year

I am currently a freshman this is what I want my schedule to be for my next 3 years. Too much?

Sophomore:
English 10 Honors
U.S. History I Honors
Geometry Honors + Algebra II Honors
Chemistry Honors
Gym/Art I
Spanish III Honors

Junior Year:
AP Language and Composition
U.S. History II Honors
Pre Calculus Honors
Gym/Creative Writing I
AP Biology
Spanish IV Honors

Senior Year:
AP Literature and Composition
AP AB Calculus
Gym/Creative Writing II
AP Environmental Science
AP Spanish Language and Culture
AP Psychology

I am majoring in English Hopefully at Princeton is my Senior Year to much I also hope to major in Psychology if I like it

The rigor of your schedule, in terms of college applications, would depend on what your school offers. Are these the toughest classes (that you still would moderately enjoy) that your school offers? I think your schedule looks good; taking both Lang and Lit may show an English focus. I think you should take Psychology earlier if you can since you are considering it as a major…also, just wondering, but is Physics not required? You don’t seem to have it anywhere.

What are the hardest classes you can take at your school? In my school at least, students are allowed to take very high level math courses earlier. I will take AP Calc AB or Calc BC as a sophomore next year as well as AP Physics I and stuff but again it really depends on your school. You don’t need to be in harder courses than other CC members or anything since some schools have more challenging opportunities than others and there is nothing you can do…

Depending on how much homework is assigned, that senior year could be tough. APES and AP Psych aren’t that bad, though.

Also-- don’t fully commit to a certain college as a freshman! I was in love with Reed, and now it’s at the bottom of my list.
