Hi all. I am now a sophomore at a four-year liberal arts college. Because of many reasons, I am thinking about transferring next semester (spring admission). My college ranks about 20ish on USNEWS and I am looking for a big university on the east coast with urban setting.
Anyone suggestions, please?

HS GPA: 3.8ish (international high school)
College GPA: 3.4 (I had a C+ in the first semester of my freshman year. That hurts a lot=(
College Credits: More than 48 credits
SAT:2050
Major: international relations/urban studies(really really interested in this field but my school doesnt offer this major)
Work experiences: Urban Planning research in Shanghai, Paid internship(management/consulting), Internship at Intercontinental Hotel PR department, Mandarin Tutor(2 years), College IT department
EC: International Students Club vice president, East Asian Dancing Club chair, some others not important though.

I really really want to go to a school in an urban setting area such as NYC, boston, Philadelphia, etc. And I know my college gpa is terrible...

Help! Thank you!
