Im currently a freshman at Clemson university and I just wanted to know my chances of getting into unc chapel hill as a sophomore.i tried SUPER hard first semester and got a 4.0 but my sat scores just reading and math is 1150. I'm planning on taking them again so hopefully I can raise that but I did well in high school overall got a 3.85
unweighted out of 4.5 but like a 4.2 weighted. I'm on the dance team at Clemson and I have a lot of extracurriculars. do I have a good chance?!</p>
<p>I think I read that transferring at a Sophomore is a lot harder than as a Junior, at UVA at least. They said they accept 9% during Sophomore and 40% during Junior, although a lot of those are from Community College. Either way though, it will be really hard and I don’t think you stand out <em>ENOUGH</em> to get in right now.</p>
<p>Praying4Luck is certainly correct that it is far easier for a junior transfer to be admitted than for a sophomore transfer to be admitted.</p>
