Sophomore transfer chances

Hello all. I am from Boston (Born and raised) and I am currently attending Umass Boston. Just finished my first semester. There's only one problem; I'm absolutely miserable. I'm a year younger than most students (just turned 18), and the only two people i've met are weed smokers and I'm not. I want to transfer to Umass Amherst through the interchange program. I've completed 15 credits:
HS Stats- 2.96 GPA. 1880 SATs (1230 M+CR). One of the better high schools in the city.
A few EC's, but the most significant ones are football and student government
UMB states- 3.58ish GPA. No ECs. 15 credits.

Any chances? i know im probably a long shot, but still.

I’m also currently applying to transfer to UMass Amherst for Fall 2012.

I’m going to finish my 2nd year with 69 credits. I currently have 50 credits. Unfortunately, I have a 2.68 GPA. I go to Florida International University. I am a Biology major (Pre-Medicine), FIU is adamant about the bell curve. I am in the Honors College at FIU and I’m part of a tutoring program for Biology majors.

In high school I had a 29 ACT, 1790 SAT, 3.93 (W) GPA, 3.57 (UW) GPA.
