<p>How important are grades during sophomore year of high school? Do they look at those grades or just mostly concentrate on your grades from junior year?

<p>They look at the overall score so yes they do.
GPA: they look at every year. they take your school's gpa. However they also look individually through every year placing more emphasis on Junior year than Freshman and Sophmore year (but they still look at it)</p>
